Due to the perishable nature of live plants, we do not accept returns or exchanges under any circumstances.

DOA Guarantee

If your plant arrives dead or severely damaged (Dead on Arrival), contact us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photographs. We will offer a replacement or store credit at our sole discretion.

Change of mind
Slow growth or failure to establish after delivery
Damage caused by improper care
Any issue reported more than 24 hours after delivery
